This class can send push notification to Android devices with FCM.

It can send a HTTP request to the Web server of the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging API to send a push notification to a given Android device using a given FCM API key passed as environment variable.

The class takes as parameters the text of the message title, message body, sender and recipient.
