This package can display forms on a Web page from templates.

It provides several functions that can generate HTML to display forms from given HTML templates and lists of form fields and other parameters.

The class can generate HTML for several types of forms and pages. Currently, it can generate forms and pages for:

- Login pages
- Email sending
- Record adding
- Record editing
- Detail editing
- Thank you page
- Listing page
